Management

West Wood Village is a resident owned community, managed by a 5 member Board of Directors – all are residents of the Village. Under that Board are 5 committees, also staffed by Village residents:

  • Finance
  • Building & Grounds
  • Membership
  • Rules & Bylaws
  • Activities

We have a full-time groundskeeper who is responsible for the aesthetics of the Village, as well as the upkeep of the lawns and common areas, including snowplowing and recreational facilities.

Community members are involved and active in all forms of management and everyone has a voice in all aspects of our operations.
