Homes that do come up for sale may be listed with any Real Estate firm using their own marketing efforts. We will do our best to list these homes here and provide links to any web sites.

The Village is now complete with a total of 66 homes. There are no additional sites available for new home construction.

Maintenance fee includes road, driveway and walkway snow removal, weekly curbside trash pickup, lawn mowing, irrigation services, fertilizing, septic pumping, clubhouse facilities and taxes.
