Management

As a resident owned community, West Wood Village is managed by a 5 member Board of Directors – all are residents of the Village. Under that Board are 5 committees. Finance, Building & Grounds, Membership, Rules & Bylaws and Activities. These committees are also comprised of Village residents.

We have a full-time groundskeeper who is responsible for not only the aesthetics of the Village, but the upkeep of the lawns and common areas, including snowplowing and recreational facilities.

This community membership is involved and active in all forms of management and everybody has a voice in its operations.
